- The examiner checks 57 items.
- Pass mark: 70 out of 100.
- Fee: 30,000 KRW.
- The navigation voice can be in English. Ask the examiner before you start.
- Bring your ID, application form and practice license.
Instant fail (short list)

- Not stopping for people at a crosswalk.
- Driving 10 km/h or more over the speed limit.

Tips
- KOROAD has route videos for each center. Watch your center's routes before the test.
- Keep to the speed limits: usually 50 km/h in the city and 30 km/h in school zones.
- Always stop for people at crosswalks.
- Practice on public roads before the test, with a licensed driver or at a driving school. Ask the test center about the rules for practice.
If you fail
You can try again after 3 days. You must pass within 1 year of getting your practice license. If you do not, you must take the written and skills tests again (you do not need the safety class again).
After you pass, you get your license card on the same day. See Fees.
