When a motorcycle is transporting a patient whose life is in danger, what must be done for it to be recognized as an emergency vehicle?

An ordinary vehicle carrying a critically ill patient, when an ambulance cannot be called, gets emergency-vehicle treatment only if it shows that it is on an urgent mission, e.g. by turning on the headlights or hazard lights. 이륜자동차가 생명이 위독한 환자를 이송 중인 경우 긴급자동차로 인정받기 위한 조치는 ?
