Which correctly describes the definition (criteria) of a motorized bicycle (moped) under the Road Traffic Act?

Since December 2020 a moped means a motorcycle of 125cc or less (11 kW or less if electric), or another vehicle with an engine/motor of that size. The 50cc / 0.59 kW figures are the old standard. [Road Traffic Act, Art. 2(19)]
