What does the following traffic safety sign mean?
Answer: ① Median strip begins
A median block at the top with traffic going in opposite directions on either side means a median strip begins. Keep to your side of it. Do not confuse it with the 'pass on both sides' sign, where both arrows point the same way. [Enforcement Rules of the Road Traffic Act, Annex 6, No. 123]
