In which case may you overtake?
Answer: ④ When the vehicle ahead is traveling at low speed while keeping a safe distance from other vehicles
You must not overtake when the vehicle ahead is overtaking or about to overtake, when another vehicle is running alongside it on the left, or when it has stopped or slowed down to prevent danger. A slow vehicle ahead that is keeping a safe distance may be overtaken. [Road Traffic Act, Arts. 21-22]

정답: ④ · 모든 차의 운전자는 앞차의 좌측에 다른 차가 앞차와 나란히 가고 있는 경우, 앞차가 다른 차를 앞지르고 있거나 앞지르고자 하는 경우에는 앞차를 앞지르기하지 못한다. (도로교통법 제21조, 제22조)
