Answer: ① 1 hour
At a fast charger, an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle may remain only for the time set by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, currently 1 hour after charging starts. Staying longer counts as obstructing charging for other eco-friendly vehicles. [Enforcement Decree of the Act on Eco-Friendly Vehicles, Art. 18-8]
