How often must a person aged 65 to under 75 who holds a Class 1 driver's license (excluding those blind in one eye) take the regular aptitude test?

Class 1 license holders aged 65 to under 75 take the regular aptitude test every 5 years. The exception is a one-eyed person holding a Class 1 Ordinary license, who must take it every 3 years. [Road Traffic Act, Art. 87(1)1]
